Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the User using the methods specified in the order summary. At the time of delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the contacts provided in this document.


FAILED DELIVERY
The Seller is not responsible for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions made by the User when completing the purchase order, nor for any damages or delays occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier if the latter was appointed by the User. If the goods are not delivered or collected at the scheduled time or within the specified period, they will be returned to the Seller, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or agree on further measures. Unless otherwise specified, any delivery attempt from the second onward will be at the User’s expense.


User Rights
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless one of the exceptions specified below applies, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period for any reason and without justification.

WHO IS ENTITLED TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, Users acting as European Consumers are legally entitled to withdraw from contracts concluded online (distance contracts) within the period specified below, for any reason and without the need for justification.
Users who do not meet these requirements are not entitled to the rights described in this section.


EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Seller an unequivocal communication of their intention to withdraw from the contract.
For this purpose, the User is free to express their intention to withdraw from the contract in writing in any suitable manner that ensures the communication reaches the Seller within the aforementioned 14-day period. To comply with the withdrawal period, the User must send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal period expires:
1. In the case of the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party—appointed by the User and different from the courier—takes possession of the goods.
2. In the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, or in the case of a single good consisting of multiple lots or pieces delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party—appointed by the User and different from the courier—takes possession of the last of the goods, lots, or pieces.
3. In the case of custom-made or personalized goods, or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, are likely to deteriorate quickly, or may be damaged.

Effects of Withdrawal
The Seller reimburses all payments received, including, if applicable, those related to delivery costs, to Users who have correctly exercised their right of withdrawal. However, any additional costs arising from the User’s choice of a specific delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller will be borne by the User. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the date the Seller is informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the contract. 
Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The User will not incur any fees as a result of the withdrawal.

Return of Goods
Unless the Seller has offered to collect the goods, the User must return them to the Seller or to another person authorized by the Seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date the User communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the courier or another authorized person before the 14-day period expires. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User provides proof of having returned them. The User is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from use other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
